Day 1: 24 day Challenge

The first day went very smooth. I was at work so that made getting all of the needed snacks in, however I did do that.

I prepped snacks, meals and everything I would need for this week the night before it started! This helped... or would have helped greatly had I remembered to bring the bag with supplements back home from work. (NEVER FEAR... ADVOCARE is here...) I had not started on day 5 so I will just pick the supplements up when I go back to work... THANK GOODNESS FOR PLAN B!

The fiber drink was not as bad as I thought it would be, I'm not saying it was super yummy! However, I worked and it makes you more "regular" vs not being able to move without being sick.

The best part!

Wait for it.....

I have energy, already I feel better and am able to not only work but walk and keep up with my son. I struggle with adrenal fatigue and anxiety. So I had concerns with using catalyst, spark and some of the other products. However, I am definitely a believer!!!!!!!

I feel 100% better and this is day one.
